Designed for workgroups, each participant of the team session will receive a personalized, 20-page profile, outlining preferences, priorities, and motivations that drive their behavior.
Team comparison and group culture reports allow a team to evaluate the team's decision making and risk taking tendencies, evaluate the benefits and challenges of their group culture, and identify actionable strategies to strengthen team relationships and performance.
